Thank god I don't go to that school. I think I would be traumatized. My area isn't the best and teachers become stressed. I steer clear of the Security guards all 20 of them in my school already. I don't think the teachers have any ill intent but if one just snaps.... This was not the best idea in my opinion, and Micheal, if the this is public news then the kids and others are going to find out whether they can physically see the actual weapon or not. Which in my case makes thing worse. You know your teacher is carrying a weapon SOMEWHERE but have no idea where. I would be paranoid. It may be just 'cause of my area but that is NOT a friendly teaching enviornment for me. I doubt that if there really was a situation where weilding the weapon was necessary, the teachers would be able to do much.
